is provided to you to facilitate access to view and pay your statements online
or via mobile device. The City of San Clemente and its partners will make every

and, on a timely basis, work with you to resolve disputes that may arise.
Any information sent by The
City of San Clemente to you via email or text is believed to be reliable.
However, this information can only be provided on a best-efforts basis for your
convenience and is not guaranteed. The City of San Clemente will not be liable
for any deficiencies in the accuracy, completeness, availability or timeliness
of such information or for any decision made using this information.
In addition, please take
note of the following guidelines, which will assist you in detecting certain
types of Internet and e-mail fraud (i.e. "phishing").
- The City of San Clemente will never send you an e-mail requesting you to validate personal information.
- The City of San Clemente will never ask you to update your social security number, date of birth, or driver's license number via e-mail.

limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose

Clemente will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of
this site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential

The City of San Clemente is
committed to protecting your privacy. Your information is collected and stored
by the City's vendor and is used only for applying your payments, accessing
your account information, or displaying your statements online. The City of San
Clemente does not store or maintain any personal information that is submitted
to this website, other than information provided to establish water and
wastewater services.
You agree that you will not
intentionally provide false information when accessing or using the City of San
Clemente website. You also agree that you will not falsify, forge, or otherwise
tamper with any information in the emails or texts you receive as part of the
service.

against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information you provide. The
Online Payment server software conforms to industry standards utilizing Secure

securing commerce transactions.

computer system with authority, or in excess of their authority, are subject to
having all of their activities on this system monitored and recorded by system

individuals improperly using this system, or in the course of system maintenance,
the activities of authorized users may also be monitored and is advised that if
such monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, system
personnel may provide the evidence of such monitoring to law enforcement
officials.
